This warranty does not cover: 1.Physical damage due to drops, misuse, or improper handling 2.Water damage 3.Damage caused by natural disasters or other force majeure events How to Request a Repair？ If your device needs repair service: 1.Contact us at service@bluefoxphone.com 2.Clearly describe the issue and attach photos showing the problem 3.Our support team will review your request and notify you if the repair is covered under warranty 4.If approved, we will provide a shipping address for the repair Please note: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the device to our repair center. BLUEFOX will cover the repair and the return shipping if the repair is approved under warranty.
